Start with explicit dates
Export the timetable as CSV. Use one row per session and full dates, not “every Tuesday”. Include title, start, end and an IANA timezone such as Europe/London. Different sessions may have different timezones. Do not include attendee names, email addresses or private meeting links.
Check daylight saving
A 09:00 London session before the autumn clock change has a different UTC time from a 09:00 session after it. The preview checks each dated session separately. It rejects local times that are skipped or repeated during a clock change instead of guessing.
Import into a test calendar
Google Calendar on desktop: Settings → Import & export → Import. Outlook on the web: Add calendar → Upload from file. Select the downloaded ICS and a separate test calendar. Menu names may change. Review all times on the devices your attendees use before sharing.

Share the file, not a promise of live updates
Attendees import a copy. It will not automatically follow future edits. Re-importing can create duplicates. If dates change, tell attendees and replace the separate calendar. Calendar reminders depend on their software and settings.
